Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and payment information when you create an account.

We collect information about your use of the service: service logs, chemical readings, customer records, route data, and other data you enter into the application.

We collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited.

To provide and improve the Jett’d service, including all features of your plan.

To send transactional emails including invoices, service reports, account notifications, and onboarding sequences.

To process payments through our payment processor (Stripe).

To respond to support requests and customer communications.

To analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

Stripe, Payment processing. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their use of your payment data.

Brevo, Email and SMS delivery. We use Brevo to send transactional emails, service reports, SMS notifications, and marketing communications you have opted into.

Supabase, Database infrastructure. Your application data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure in the United States.

SMS notifications are sent via our communications provider when you enable SMS notifications for your account.

OpenStreetMap, Mapping (via Leaflet) and geocoding (via Nominatim) for route display and address verification.

QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Accounting integration. If you connect QuickBooks, customer, invoice, and payment records are synced to Intuit under their privacy policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your records.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@jettd.io.

Each company account is completely isolated. Users from one company cannot access data belonging to any other company. All database queries are scoped to your company ID, and Row Level Security policies are enforced on every table.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data from the application at any time. To exercise your rights or for any privacy-related request, contact us at hello@jettd.io.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, and access controls. We do not sell your data to third parties.
