Terms of Service

Jett’d is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Subscription fees are charged in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features on the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, continued access requires adding a payment method. If no payment method is added, the account is paused and data is retained for 30 days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or minimum terms.

Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after the account expires, after which it is permanently deleted.

You own your data. All customer records, service history, chemical logs, and other data you enter into Jett’d belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

You may export your data at any time in CSV format from the application. You may also request a full data export by emailing hello@jettd.io.

You agree to use Jett’d only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to harass, spam, or harm others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Jett’d is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
